Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 Business days.  During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days.
We appreciate your patience while we prepared your order.

Shipping Times
We ship from our commercial kitchen in Van Nuys, CA.  We ship to both United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries in early 2023.

•Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days.

•Orders shipping internationally to Canada within will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

•Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order 50 pounds or less have a flat rate of $12.75

Orders shipping at 50 pounds and higher are offered USPS Priority Flat rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order

Local Pickup

We currently offer free pickup at our commercial kitchen in Van Nuys, CA.  At checkout, select the local pick up option and make your purchase.  After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order.  Pick up orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-3 days.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our commercial kitchen with the business address and hours.  Please bring a piece of valid identification and order confirmation email to the kitchen.
